MaryAnne’s Story
Maryanne’s father is unknown and she lives with her mothe and her two siblings Faima and Muzeyi. MaryAnne’s mother has no formal education and had not been able to obtain formal employment until she was hired as a full- time nanny with the Peace for Paul Foundation. Her employment with PFP has enabled her to provide the basic necessities, but a quality education for her children is still out of reach.
Now a part of the PFP Juniors program, MaryAnne attends a highly ranked primary school and has big dreams to become a doctor someday. While PFP supports her with education and medical expenses, MaryAnne continues to live with her mom and siblings, who she loves very much. Her mom works hand in hand with PFP and is proud to play a role in supporting MaryAnne in being able to attend school.
