Nasari’s Story
“I was born in Mbikko, Uganda to my parents Amina and Ali. My dad drives a taxi (public bus) for money. I live with my siblings and other children that my mom and dad support. This makes it so hard for us to all go to school but I try to go to school when we have some money. When we do not, I stay home with the others and we do work at the house or things to make a little money.
I want to go to school so I can have a better life and someday be a nurse to help others”.
Now a part of the PFP Juniors program, Nasari attends a highly ranked primary school and has big dreams to become a nurse someday. While PFP supports Nasari with education and medical expenses, she continues to live with her parents, who she loves very much.
