Patricia Nalwada

    Patricia’s Story

Patricia was abandoned by her mom and dad when she was two months old, and now lives with her grandmother. Patricia’s grandmother loves her very much and though earns a very small and unreliable income selling local herbs, she gives what she can to ensure Patricia has food and medical care. Unfortunately her grandmother’s income was not enough to pay school fees and so up until 2018, Patricia had been unable to attend school.

Now a part of the PFP Juniors program, Patricia attends a highly ranked primary school and has big dreams to become a nurse someday. While PFP supports Patricia with education and medical expenses, she continues to live with her grandmother, who she loves very much.
