Timothy’s Story
Timothy is a strong willed, independent, funny and hardworking young man. He says that he will not accept failure and he works hard to make his dad proud. He is the first son of the late Dr. Mufumba (our friend and former PFP Health Director) and he remembers his dad fondly. “He was a very good father, always advising, paying school fees on time, very supportive, very humble towards people and a God loving person. I believe I will see him again one day.” Timothy loves physics, math and technical drawing. His dream is to one day become an architect and he promises to work hard to achieve that goal.
After Dr. Mufumba’s death, PFP stepped it to support Timothy and his three siblings. At his death bed, PFP Founder and long-time friend of Dr. Mufumba made a promise that we would see his children through to successful adults as he had done for so many PFP children before.
Through the PFP Junior scholarship program, Timothy will receive the educational support he needs to finish school and to reach all of his dreams. We know he will have made his father proud.
